How do you feel about capping government borrowing as a means to eliminate state debt?
Proposition 61is ballot measure in Colorado suggesting that non-enterprise borrowing must first be voter approved, and cannot exceed more than 10% of the taxable assessed value of the institution. Critics fear the state will be unable to support basic functions (such as construction and unemployment). What do you think?
