  1. Yep… when I say all foreign aid, I mean all of it. The $20 billion in weapons we gave to Saudi Arabia as well. I pity anyone who tries to mess with Isreal, but America should neither fund nor hold them back anymore.

This, I certainly hope, would include cutting aid to Israel [ tens and tens of billions in the past decade], whose military is vastly superior to Irans [ the Israelis actually have nukes] and certainly the dominant force in the Middle East? The noecons and other jingoist, fear mongering conservatives who cite Iran as such a threat would go into convulsions of course but there are medications for this.


  4. Yes… national and international defense should be the only thing the federal government really spends money on. I would like to see the US government close down all those bases over seas and use that money for R&D. America should have on the ground technology 50 years ahead of anyone else, and behind the scenes technology 100+ years ahead of anyone else. Peace through superior firepower.

    Cut foreign aid, entitlements and all that other crap…

  6. American spends more on defense than the next 10 most powerful nations combined. And here I certainly include Russia and China. Does this strike anyone here as an efficient use of taxpayer funds?

    It’s as easy as saying STOP THE FREAKING SPENDING!!!!!!!! There’s no need for the damn task force. FREEZE SPENDING. And cut current spending by 66%. YES 66%!!!!!!!! ALL CURRENT SPENDING! (done yelling now, thnx)
